...there's a bit of a problem in the argument.. it looks almost kinda "natural"... (an unpredictable movement in teutonic plates)... however...and since I studied the subject for years ...let's look at the beginning shall we? the mandelbrot fractal is sensitive to the initial conditions (it is not determined by them but it is sensitive...) so ... if we introduce regulations ... watchdogs (that do watch) ... eliminate the "moral risk" ( the open invitation to risk taking given the certitude of a bailout...) than ... the system might behave in a different pattern ... savvy?
